When to Use a Jumping Crop

A shorter crop like the Colourbrite is made for show jumping and everyday flatwork. Length is what separates it from a dressage whip: at 65cm it is not built to reach behind your leg while your hand stays on the rein, which is the job of a longer dressage whip. The non-slip grip and fabric wrist loop keep it secure even during fast-paced rounds.
